2. Nature of Professional Services

Link Cascade Base provides professional geospatial consulting, mobile location telemetry audits, geofence calibration, and regulatory compliance advisory services. All technical analyses, reports, parameters, and GeoJSON datasets are delivered pursuant to discrete written statements of work and service contracts executed between Link Cascade Base and the client entity.

All materials published on this website are provided for general informational and educational purposes regarding mobile spatial analytics methodology and do not constitute formal legal or engineering warranties prior to contract execution.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary content, methodologies, visual diagrams, mathematical framework descriptions, articles, graphics, logos, and website design elements featured on this website are the intellectual property of Link Cascade Base Co., Ltd. and are protected by the copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of Thailand and applicable international treaties.

Clients commissioning bespoke consulting audits receive full commercial usage rights to custom GeoJSON boundary files, telemetry tuning schemas, and diagnostic reports produced specifically for their application, subject to the terms of their individual engagement agreements.

4. Client Obligations & Data Representation

When requesting a consultation or submitting sample telemetry logs for diagnostic evaluation, the client represents and warrants that:

• All sample datasets provided have been gathered lawfully in compliance with applicable data protection statutes (including the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562).
• All persistent user identifiers have been de-identified or anonymized prior to transfer.
• The client possesses all necessary corporate authority to authorize Link Cascade Base to evaluate the designated application telemetry.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law of Thailand, Link Cascade Base Co., Ltd., its directors, consultants, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website, implementation of general advisory suggestions, or reliance upon informational articles.

In formal consulting engagements, Link Cascade Base’s total aggregate liability arising under or in connection with any individual statement of work shall be strictly limited to the total fees actually received by Link Cascade Base for that specific statement of work.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and any contractual disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising under these terms that cannot be resolved amicably through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days shall be submitted to the competent courts of Khon Kaen Province, Thailand.

7. Modifications to Terms

Link Cascade Base reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated revision date. Continued interaction with our website following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
