This notice explains how we process personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) when you use data-relay.store.
What we collect
- Inquiry form: name, email, optional phone, topic selection, and message text you submit on
/contact/. - Cookie choice: a single preference value stored in your browser’s local storage when you accept or reject the cookie banner (see
/cookies/). - Server logs: our hosting provider may process technical connection data; we do not use that data for advertising profiles on this site.
We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

Where inquiry data goes
When you submit the contact form, your browser sends a JSON payload via POST to /api/inquiry on the same domain. A server-side handler we operate receives the message so staff can reply by email or phone. Data is not sold to list brokers or used for unrelated marketing.
Retention
- Inquiry messages: kept up to 24 months after the last reply unless a longer period is required for disputes or law.
- Cookie preference: until you clear site data or withdraw consent via
/cookies/#manage-consent. - Server logs: rotated per hosting policy, typically 30–90 days.
Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable. Contact info@data-relay.store with your request; we may verify your identity before acting.
International transfers
Primary processing occurs in Thailand. If we use processors outside Thailand, we will ensure appropriate safeguards and update this notice.
Children
Services target adults managing household finances. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 20 without guardian consent.
Changes
We will post updates on this page with a revised date. Material changes to inquiry handling will be highlighted on /contact/.
Complaints
You may contact us first at info@data-relay.store. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) in Thailand.
