2. Categories of Data We Collect

We collect only data necessary to provide professional spatial consulting services, respond to client inquiries, and maintain secure website operation:

  1. Inquiry & Contact Information: When you submit a consultation request form or contact our office via email or telephone, we collect your name, organizational email address, company name, telephone number, and message contents.
  2. Client Engagement & Telemetry Data: During formal consulting engagements, clients may transmit anonymized sample location telemetry logs (coordinates, timestamps, horizontal dilution of precision) for diagnostic analysis under an executed non-disclosure agreement.
  3. Technical & Web Browsing Telemetry: Technical session data such as IP addresses, browser user-agent headers, referring URLs, and page access timestamps collected for server security and aggregated performance analysis.

We process personal data under the following lawful bases defined by the Thailand PDPA:

  • Contractual Necessity (Section 24(3)): Processing required to evaluate scope, prepare formal proposals, and execute consulting engagements requested by the client.
  • Legitimate Interests (Section 24(5)): Processing necessary for internal quality assurance, cybersecurity monitoring, and safeguarding our digital infrastructure.

4. Data Retention & Minimization Schedule

We adhere strictly to data minimization and do not retain personal information longer than necessary:

  • Inquiry Records: Contact form submissions are retained for up to twelve (12) months following resolution of the inquiry.
  • Client Engagement Telemetry: Anonymized coordinate logs provided for diagnostic audits are securely deleted from our analysis environment within ninety (90) days of final report delivery.
  • Commercial & Financial Contracts: Retained for seven (7) years to satisfy Thai statutory accounting and corporate tax regulations.

5. Data Disclosure & Third-Party Sharing

Link Cascade Base does not sell, lease, or trade personal data or location coordinates to third-party data brokers or advertisers. Data is shared only under strict conditions:

6. International Data Transfers

Where data processing requires transmission to cloud servers located outside Thailand, we ensure adequate cross-border protection mechanisms are implemented in compliance with Section 28 and Section 29 of the PDPA, including Standard Contractual Clauses and encryption standards.


7. Your Statutory Rights Under Thailand PDPA

  • Right to Data Portability (Section 31): Receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format.
  • Right to Object (Section 32): Object to the processing of your data on legitimate interest grounds.
  • Right to Erasure (Section 33): Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data when no longer necessary for the original purpose.
  • Right to Restrict Processing (Section 34): Request temporary suspension of data processing during dispute verification.
